Marketing & Social Media Manager
October 2026 to present, Pompano Beach, FL
The challenge
The work is impressive, technical and buried underground. The people who need it can’t see it until something cracks.
I set one goal for the marketing: qualified inquiries and free estimate requests from homeowners, property managers, contractors and commercial owners. Views only count if they lead there.
What I did
- Built the social strategy and content mix: warning signs in plain English, real projects, how the work is done, and clear free-estimate offers.
- Planned content calendars, wrote captions and managed scheduling.
- Turned jobsite photos and field notes into Reels and carousels.
- Wrote LinkedIn content for commercial audiences.
- Set up measurement around calls, estimate requests and website clicks.
One leaking cofferdam, two formats
A cofferdam about 30 feet deep had leaking sheet-pile seams, so it couldn’t be pumped dry. FFS sealed the leaks with polyurethane injections, and work resumed.
The Reel opens on the question anyone can picture. The carousel slows down and explains the fix for people who work around excavations.
Illustrations are labeled, and no jobsite photo is presented as a before-and-after unless it’s verified as one.

Explaining hard things simply
Every published post starts from a real jobsite photo and one plain sentence.

A selection from the public feed. As of November 5, 2026, 10 posts are published and 14 more are scheduled through December 1.
Where it stands
In the first weeks the marketing went from a plan to a working pipeline, with 24 Instagram posts published or scheduled. It’s too early to report leads, so I’m not quoting any yet.
